Lodging, private yoga classes, group meditation, most meals provided by our private chef.  


Transportation to and from Orcas island, round trip ferry ride, meals where noted, alcohol, personal expenses, and additional activities such as massages, kayaking, and whale watching.  


Minimum enrollment for this trip is 8 women. If minimum enrollment is not met 60 days prior to departure date then trip may be cancelled in which full payment will be refunded. 

* Should you choose to withdraw from the program, unfortunately the DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless the program is cancelled by PN).  

**Cancellation by you up to 90 days prior to departure to will result in full reimbursement MINUS deposit. Cancellation by you less than 90 days will result in no refund.** 

* In the event that a trip is cancelled due to inadequate enrollment, Purposeful Nomad is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets. While we do our absolute best to fill each trip, we highly recommend you buy refundable airline tickets. 

* Purposeful Nomad is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies. 

* A cancellation request must be received in writing by email from participant. Verbal notice will not serve as a valid cancellation.

Meals will be prepared by your private chef each day. Menu will consist of vegetarian heavy meals. Food restrictions and allergies can be accommodated, just please let us know beforehand.


Every person will have their own room and bed unless specified. There are 2-3 rooms per cabin with a shared bathroom. Most cabins are equipped with a living room, porch, kitchen or kitchenette and ocean front views.

How to get to Orcas Island: There are numerous ways to get to Orcas Island. The retreat will take place at North Beach Inn on the North side of Orcas Island. 

  • Drive to Anacortes, WA- Take Ferry to Orcas Island-Drive to lodge. The Orcas ferry landing is 20 miles from North Beach Inn. .(carpooling from Portland area can possibly be arranged later.)

  • Flight into SEATAC airport-Take a commuter flight to Orcas Island-free pick up on Orcas.

  • Flight into SEATAC- Rent a car-drive to Anacortes- Ferry to Orcas Island-Drive to lodge

  • Flight into SEATAC airport-Take shuttle to Anacortes Ferry-Take ferry to Orcas-Free pickup at ferry dock.

Whether you walk on or drive your car on the ferry it is highly recommended to reserve your spot beforehand. Here is the link to the Washington Ferry information: LINK

Ferry from Anacortes is about an hour.

Highly recommended to make a reservation beforehand if you are driving. Please show up 30 min early because they will give your spot away if you are late.

If you arrive by Washington State Ferry your ticket is considered round trip and you only pay going to the island. 

-Walk on passenger is $13.50

-Vehicle under 14 feet is about $45

If you decide not to drive you will receive free pick up from the ferry dock or airport.
