Date: August 4-12, 2019
This 9 day journey explores some of Iceland's most breathtaking sites. Hike natural hot springs, take a private boat ride through a glacial lagoon and discover local culture through farming and food.
We wind our way down the south shore of the island, stopping to explore waterfalls, lava fields, national parks, glaciers, hot springs and geysers. We discover small villages, visit farms and learn of the ancient folklore of Iceland's mysterious past. From there, we travel to the west side of the island to catch a glimpse of it's iconic horses, sheep and goats in all their pastoral beauty.
