Carlie Grob

Carlie is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher who’s influence draws from the foundations of Hatha Yoga. Her teaching is a fusion of styles, with an emphasis of being deeply present in the body, pranayama and aligning breath with movement. With wellness as a focus of her practice, she enjoys helping people nourish their bodies, bringing her passion for delicious, healthy cooking. Carlie grew up learning about and preparing food with her mother and finds incredible joy in sharing what she knows and loves with her students.
