Rest & Renew-Orcas Itinerary

B, L, D indicates whether Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner is provided each day.

DAY 1: Arrival  

After everyone arrives and settles in there will be a brief orientation, snacks and time to enjoy this amazing place. There will be sunset yoga followed by a dinner together.  (D)*

DAY 2: Unplug

Today is all about settling in and allowing yourself to disconnect. We will have a morning yoga session and then the day is yours to mold. It is highly encouraged to sit back and relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The grounds of our lodge have soaking pools and saunas, You can also book kayaking and massages (at your own cost) if you so desire.  Optional meditation will be provided in the evening. (B,L,D)

DAY 3: Nature

Orcas Island is truly a nature lovers paradise and right through the backyard of our wonderful lodge is Moran State Park where there endless trails to explore. Group hike together will be encouraged but of course this time is yours so feel free to listen to yourself and choose what you want to do. Sunset yoga class. (B,L,D)

DAY 4: Adventure

Yoga time today will depend on what happens with activities. A whale watching excursion will be organized for those who want to participate (at your own cost.) There is an incredible amount of wildlife to be seen off the coast of Orcas Island. From whales to otters to seals to birds! (price TBA depending on how many want to go) Dinner is on your own either at the Doe Bay cafe or feel free to explore the islands restaurants. (B,L)

DAY 5: Release

Depending on when people need to head out to catch the ferry we will circle up to have one last moment together before departing back and getting ready for the week ahead. (B)
